The clamp type liquid turbine flowmeter is a quick installation (clamp type) with simple installation (disassembly), easy maintenance, and convenient cleaning. The instrument housing is made of stainless steel (316L), and the movement part is made of special materials, which have good anti-corrosion and rust prevention capabilities. - Pulse output type, mainly equipped with turbine flow sensors and amplifiers on instruments, with three external wires for measurement.
- 4-20mA output type, connect the 4mA circuit to the turbine flow sensor for zero flow, and connect the 20mA circuit to the flow sensor for high flow, so that the sensor can emit flow signals externally.

Selection of liquid turbine flowmeter:
- According to the requirements of the measurement purpose: it is required to choose whether to include instantaneous flow or cumulative flow (cumulative flow), the unit of flow display, measurement accuracy, repeatability, linearity, flow range and range degree, measurement temperature, pressure loss, temperature pressure compensation, output signal characteristics and response time, etc. Different measurement objects have their own measurement purposes, and there are different focuses on the performance of liquid turbine flow meters.
- The requirements for measuring the phase composition of the medium: caution should be exercised when measuring whether the medium is a single phase change medium or when measuring multiphase and multi-component flow. Liquid turbine flowmeter measures a single clean medium.
- Requirements for measuring medium properties: chemical corrosion and scaling, and the chemical properties of fluids sometimes become the determining factors for selecting measurement methods and instruments. Some fluids can cause corrosion of instrument contact parts, surface scaling or precipitation of crystalline metal surfaces, resulting in electrochemical reactions.
- Compression system and other parameter requirements: Measuring gas requires knowing the compression coefficient value in order to obtain the fluid density under working conditions. Calculate the density of a fluid with a fixed composition through pressure, temperature, and compression coefficient; For fluids with compositional changes and working near (or in) the supercritical region, online density measurement should be considered.
- Measurement accuracy requirements: It is necessary to clarify the overall measurement accuracy requirements and whether it is used at a specific flow rate or within a certain range due to significant changes in temperature and pressure. The values are generally low and the differences between various gases are small. The commonly used accuracy levels for intelligent liquid turbine flow meters are grade and grade. This accuracy level is higher than that of general rotor flow meters and is a good choice for customers with high accuracy requirements.

Precautions for installation of liquid turbine flowmeter:
- The instrument installation adopts flange connection, threaded connection and clamping type;
- During installation, the direction of liquid flow should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the sensor housing, and the upstream straight pipe section should be ≥ 20dn, and the downstream straight pipe section should be ≥ 5dn (dn is the inner diameter of the pipeline).
- Sensors should be kept away from external magnetic fields. If unavoidable, necessary measures should be taken;
- In order to avoid affecting the normal transportation of liquids during maintenance, bypass pipes should be installed outside the straight pipe sections at both ends of the sensor;
When installing sensors outdoors, please ensure that the amplifier plug is waterproofed;
