Measurement principle of integrated intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter:
The measurement principle is based on Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction. That is, when a conductive liquid cuts magnetic field lines in a magnetic field, an induced electromotive force is generated in the conductor, and e is the magnetic field perpendicular to the flow direction through which the fluid flows when measuring the flow rate. The flow of conductive liquid induces a voltage signal proportional to the average flow velocity (i.e. volume flow rate). The induced voltage signal is detected through two electrodes in direct contact with the liquid and transmitted to the amplifier through a cable, which is then converted into a unified current output signal.
