The micro Coriolis mass flowmeter is based on the Coriolis Force principle to achieve direct and precise measurement of fluid mass flow without the need for any conversion or correction of pressure, temperature, viscosity, density, etc. Its structure consists of two parts: a sensor unit and a transmitter unit. It can directly measure the quality of fluids, with high accuracy (0.1%~0.2%), wide application range (can measure various non Newtonian fluids, various slurries, suspensions, high viscosity fluids, etc.), low installation requirements (not high for the front and rear straight pipe sections of the instrument), reliable and stable operation, and low maintenance rate.
Selection precautions
1, the measurement of liquid should be combined with the common flow rate and the largest * small flow rate, choose the appropriate range of the instrument.
2, the measurement of gas should be combined with the process pipe diameter, pressure, normal dosage, the largest * small amount of calculation flow rate selection.
3, the measurement of high-viscosity fluid or liquid-solid two-phase fluid, to inform the viscosity, density, process pipe diameter, normal dosage, and the largest * small flow to select.
4, the measurement of corrosive media to inform the specific medium chemical name, according to the corrosion manual to choose different materials of the measuring tube (316L, Ha C alloy).
5, it is recommended that the usual dosage is more than 1/3 of the standard range of the instrument, and it is recommended that the user’s minimum flow is more than 1/10 of the standard calibration range of the instrument. If the user has special needs, please specify when ordering, we can modify the instrument according to the special needs of the user to ensure that the instrument meets the requirements within the user’s range of use. According to the actual material characteristics, select the material, pressure level and temperature level of the instrument sensor, and ensure that the explosion-proof level meets the requirements of customers.
