Working principle of ultrasonic calorimeter

The principle of ultrasonic velocity difference method (time difference method) is to measure fluid flow rate by relying on the time difference of ultrasonic signals propagating in the fluid.
When ultrasonic waves propagate in a fluid, the flow of the fluid will cause a time difference in the propagation speed of the ultrasonic signal. The magnitude of the time difference is directly proportional to the flow velocity of the fluid. Thus, the fluid flow rate can be measured.

Installation points

  2. Before installation, ensure that the appearance of the heat meter is not damaged and the temperature sensor cable is not damaged
  3. Ensure that the installation pipeline is consistent with the nominal diameter of the heat meter
  4. Ensure that the pipelines at both ends of the heat meter installation are on the same axis (with a deviation of no more than 5mm)
  5. Ensure that the water flow direction indicated on the heat meter is consistent with the actual flow.
