Electromagnetic Flowmeter

The structure of electromagnetic flowmeter mainly consists of magnetic circuit system, measuring conduit, electrodes, housing, lining, and converter.

Electromagnetic flowmeter is a new type of flow measurement instrument that has rapidly developed with the advancement of electronic technology. An electromagnetic flowmeter is an instrument that uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to measure the flow rate of a conductive fluid based on the induced electromotive force when the fluid passes through an external magnetic field.

Gas Flow Meter

The gas flowmeter is an instrument that measures the flow rate of gas. Install in the pipeline to record the amount of gas flowing through. It can measure gas, air, nitrogen, acetylene, phosgene, hydrogen, natural gas, nitrogen, liquefied petroleum gas, hydrogen peroxide, flue gas, methane, butane, chlorine, gas, biogas, carbon dioxide, oxygen, compressed air, argon, toluene, benzene, xylene, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, ammonia, etc.

Liquid Flow Meter

Liquid flow meters can be divided into anti-corrosion flow meters, differential pressure flow meters, ammonia flow meters, turbine flow meters, electromagnetic flow meters, vortex flow meters in fluid oscillation flow meters, mass flow meters, and SST insertion flow meters.

According to the measurement object, there are two main categories: closed pipelines and open channels.
According to measurement principles, there are principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, acoustics, electricity, optics, atomic physics, etc.

Mass Flowmeter

The mass flowmeter uses a thermal measurement method to measure flow rate by determining the amount of molecular weight carried away by the separated molecules. Since it uses a thermal measurement method, changes in gas temperature and pressure will not affect the measurement results. Quality flowmeter is a relatively accurate, fast, reliable, efficient, stable, and flexible flow measurement instrument, which will be widely used in fields such as petroleum processing and chemical industry. It is believed that it will show great potential in promoting flow measurement. Mass flow meters cannot control flow rates. They can only detect the mass flow rate of liquids or gases and output flow values through analog voltage, current, or serial communication.

Turbine Flowmeter

Intelligent turbine flowmeter is a new type of intelligent instrument developed using advanced ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer technology, which integrates turbine flow sensor and display integration. It has obvious advantages such as compact structure, intuitive and clear readings, high reliability, no external power interference, lightning resistance, and low cost.

Turbine flowmeters are widely used for measuring objects such as petroleum, organic liquids, inorganic liquids, liquefied gas, natural gas, coal gas, and low-temperature fluids. It is widely used for trade settlement in the transportation and gathering stations of liquefied petroleum gas, refined oil, and light crude oil abroad, as well as in the initial and final stations of large crude oil pipelines.

Ultrasonic Flowmeter

Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter uses the physical principle of Doppler frequency shift to measure water flow velocity. Therefore, Doppler ultrasonic flow meters are suitable for measuring fluids containing solid particles or bubbles, but not for measuring pure water. The scope of application includes: natural rivers, artificial rivers, agricultural channels, urban sewers, enterprise sewage outlets, sewage treatment plants, etc. Suitable for environments that require continuous and accurate measurement of flow rate and flux, it has significant advantages such as easy installation and maintenance, high reliability, and high precision.

Vortex Flowmeter

A vortex flowmeter is a volumetric flowmeter developed and produced based on the Karman vortex principle to measure the volumetric flow rate, standard condition volumetric flow rate, or mass flow rate of gases, vapors, or liquids. Mainly used for flow measurement of industrial pipeline media fluids, such as gases, liquids, steam, and other media.

Its characteristics are small pressure loss, large range, high accuracy, and almost unaffected by parameters such as fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity, etc. when measuring volumetric flow rate under working conditions. No movable mechanical parts, therefore high reliability and low maintenance. The instrument parameters can remain stable for a long time. The vortex flowmeter adopts a piezoelectric stress sensor with high reliability and can operate within a temperature range of -20 ℃ to+250 ℃. It has both analog standard signals and digital pulse signal outputs, making it easy to use in conjunction with digital systems such as computers. It is a relatively advanced and ideal measuring instrument.

Water Meter & Flowmeters

Flow meters are divided into differential pressure flow meters, rotor flow meters, throttling flow meters, narrow slit flow meters, volumetric flow meters, electromagnetic flow meters, ultrasonic flow meters, etc. Classified by medium: liquid flowmeter and gas flowmeter.

In industrial sites, instruments used to measure fluid flow are collectively referred to as flow meters or flow meters. It is one of the most important instruments in industrial measurement. With the development of industry, the accuracy and range requirements for flow measurement are becoming increasingly high. In order to adapt to various uses, various types of flow meters have been introduced and widely used in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, water treatment, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, energy, metallurgy, pulp and paper, and building materials.
